Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), depending on the selected plan.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.

After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take several business days to process.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.

Plan Changes

Upgrades

  • Take effect immediately.
  • A prorated charge may apply.

Downgrades

  • Take effect at the next billing date.
  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Abuse & Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
