Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), depending on the selected plan.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.

After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take several business days to process.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
Plan Changes
Upgrades
- Take effect immediately.
- A prorated charge may apply.
Downgrades
- Take effect at the next billing date.
- Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Abuse & Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
